    By accessing and using DomainOrganizer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

    DomainOrganizer provides a domain portfolio management platform that allows users to:

    • Track and manage domain names across multiple registrars
    • Monitor domain expiry dates and receive renewal reminders
    • Integrate with domain marketplaces
    • Analyze portfolio performance and ROI
    • Collaborate with team members on domain management

    3. User Accounts

    To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Be responsible for all activities under your account
    • Not share your account with others

    4. Subscription and Payment

    DomainOrganizer offers subscription-based pricing plans:

    • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
    • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
    • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans
    • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
    • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
    • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

    5. Free Trial

    We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
    • Violate any laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

    You retain ownership of your domain data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.

    8. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian data protection laws. You can export your data at any time.

    9. Service Availability

    We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law:

    • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
    • We are not responsible for domain expiry or loss due to user error

    11. Termination

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

    • Your access to the Service will cease
    • You can export your data within 30 days
    • We may delete your data after 90 days
    • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    13. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
